A human chain program has been held in New York to protest the planned attack on a Hindu village by spreading false rumors in Kotalipara, Gopalganj, Bangladesh.
According to a press release, the human chain program was organized by Hindu Coalition America at the Diversity Plaza in Jackson Heights on Friday, July 23. Mr. Shitangshu Guha, Dinesh Majumder, Govinda Bania and many others addressed the gathering.
Dinesh Majumder presided over the event. Directed by Govinda Bania. Among others Prakash Gupta, Liton Chowdhury, Maitrisar Barua, Govinda Bania, Sukant Das Tutul and many others were present there.
In their speeches, they said that, on the day of Eid, there was a planned attack on a Hindu village. Shamefully, the attack was carried out using the microphone of the mosque to spread rumors. Similarly, in the past, Hindu villages have been attacked by spreading rumors using mosque mics. To date, those attacks have not been tried.
They also said that while Hindus are not safe in the Prime Minister’s own area, then Hindus are not safe anywhere in Bangladesh.
