But here is some latest gossip from the show which will shock you. TV actress Sonam Lamba who is known for her role as ‘Vidya’ in Saath Nibhana Saathiya was all set to enter ‘Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya’ but all went kaput.

As per news in India Forums, “Sonam’s character was that of Meethi, whose entry would have been integral in bringing about a twist in Ratan (Rohit Suchanti) and Diya’s (Tejasswi Prakash) love story. However, looks like that will not be happening as she has decided to withdraw herself from the show owing to creative changes in the track ahead which were made post the character narration.”

Confirming the news to the portal, Sonam said, “There was a change of story and hence, I decided to opt out. It was a mutual decision.”

Makers of the show are looking for new Meethi.
