Sanju Box Office Report Day 2: Ranbir Kapoor’s film sets the cash registers jingling with its SUPERB show

Hindustan Surkhiyan Desk:Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju, which opened on a massive note on its opening day , has continued the momentum on day two. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial which is based on the life of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is roaring at the box office. The much-awaited film which collected Rs 34.75 crore on its first day, has raked in Rs 38.60 crore on Saturday, to take the total box office collection to Rs 73.35 crore.

The Sanjay Dutt biopic is now on its way towards entering the coveted Rs 100 crore club and that too in the first weekend itself. The flick has also overtaken Salman Khan’s Race 3 to emerge as the highest day two earner of the year. While the Remo D’Souza directorial earned Rs 38.14 crore on day two, Sanju raked in Rs 38.60 crore on its second day of release.
