Hindustan Surkhiyan Desk: Yog Guru Swami Ramdev on Sunday hailed Parliament as the only feasible medium as of now for construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. He said that an immediate solution on the issue still evades us and even Supreme Court does not seem to provide a solution as of now, so Parliament remains the last and the only resort in this case.
He asked leaders to avoid the making of temple a political agenda and exhorted people to vote in large numbers.
Talking about his political ideologies, he said he is neither in the favour of, nor against anybody, rather he is politically unbiased.
The construction of temple from the judicial means appears distant, and in such a situation no matter how hard the seers try, the solution cannot be achieved without the Parliament. He also warned of civic unrest in the country if means other than that of the judiciary and the legislature are opted. Therefore, since the judiciary does not seem to permit it as of now, the Parliament should take effective steps for a quick construction of the temple.
Ramdev, who had come at the Mahila Mahavidyalaya polling booth at Kankhal’s Sati Kund area in Haridwar to cast his vote for the ongoing civic polls, said that people must exercise their voting rights.
