New York: ‘The zero Tolerance’ policy is strictly enforced in New York City. As a result, vehicle drivers frequently receive traffic tickets. In New York’s five bureaus, the NYPD is working hard to police other rules, such as speeding.
Police are giving legal citations to drivers who violate the restrictions. Having a ‘not guilty’ plea does not benefit the ticket holders. Most of them have to pay the fines. They are unable to establish their innocence in court.
Many people are turning to lawyers. Busy citizens have less free time. So they want to be safe and hire an attorney. Attorney offices are available in each of the bureaus. Every month, hundreds of Bangladeshi immigrant drivers rush to various attorney offices with traffic citations.
According to the investigation, Andrew S. Fistel was the attorney who was able to achieve a favourable verdict on behalf of the ticket holders. His office is located in Forest Hill, Queens (118-35 Queens Boulevard, Suite 1205) and can be reached at 718-793-6400. This attorney is well-known among Queens drivers. Uber drivers, in particular, resort to ticketing.
Almost everyday, Bangladeshi drivers are spotted in this office. A Bangladeshi who did not want to be identified said he went to this attorney’s office and received many ticket verdicts in his favour; that is, he was successful in pleading ‘not guilty’.
He stated that his car’s licence duration had exceeded 15 years. He has been able to get rid of the majority of the citations he has received in the last few years by coming to this attorney’s office. So, now that he had received the ticket, he went straight to attorney Andrew Fistel’s office.
Additionally, he claimed that the law firm of Andrew Fistel continues to gain the confidence of ticket holders. As a result, there are more and more ticket holders in this law office everyday.
