Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron is ready to bid farewell to her Spanish-style bungalow in the trendy Los Angeles neighborhood of West Hollywood.
The single-story spread hit the market Monday for $1.89 million.
Built in 1925, the home spans just over 2,000 square feet and is centered around an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space complete with high ceilings, skylights and oversized windows, according to the listing with David Gray of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Further skylights illuminate the hallway, which leads to the home’s four bedrooms, including the primary suite with generous closets and French doors that open out onto the garden.
Outside, the hedge-lined yard is home to a pool and a detached studio with vaulted ceilings.
The star won’t be taking home much of a profit on the sale, considering she paid $1.84 million for the home almost 15 years ago at the end of 2005, according to listing records.
