According to trade analyst Akshaye Rathi( in an interview to Zoom), Dhadak collection on day 1 is expected at Rs 6 crore and the opening weekend earnings are expected at Rs 25 crore.The movie has already created the desired hype and buzz amongst fans and the opening is considered as good when compared to newcomers.

So far the highest new comer opening movie is Karan Johar’s ‘Student of The Year’ with 9.5 crores, the movie marked the debut of now stars, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra and it will be interesting to see if Janhvi and Ishaan breaks the record!
