Windies explosive opener Evin Lewis has withdrawn his name from ODI and T20 series. Lewis has decided not to play due to some personal reasons. His record against India has been fantastic.
While Powell has replaced Lewis in ODIs, fast bowler Obed McCoy will join the squad as well.
For West Indies, absence of a good batsman like Lewis is a huge blow because big names like Chris Gayle, Andre Russell and Kieron Pollard have not been included in the team.
