Hindustan Surkhiyan Desk: The deadly terror attack on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy in Pulwama district on Thursday (February 14) has shocked the entire nation. The brutal attack claimed the lives of over 40 CRPF jawans, leaving several others injured. Leading Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Aamir Khan have condemned the attack on social media. Big B and Salman have even come forward to extend financial help to the families of the martyred jawans.

In the wake of Pulwama attack, the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has announced a ban on all Pakistani artists and actors working in the Indian film industry. A report in an entertainment portal has suggested that Salman has asked the officials at his production house to replace Pakistani singer Atif Aslam from the film ‘Notebook’. The ‘Dil Diyan Gallan’ singer had crooned a song for the film.

The re-recording of the song will take place in a day or two, the report in Pinkvilla said.

Talking about ‘Notebook’, the film will mark the Bollywood debut of late veteran actress Nutan’s granddaughter and Mohnish Bahl’s daughter Pranutan. Salman will launch Pranutan and his childhood friend’s son Zaheer Iqbal in the film produced under his home banner.

The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor recently shared a new poster of the Nitin Kakkar directorial. The film will hit the silver screens on March 29.

On the professional front, Salman will be next seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’. The teaser of the film has managed to create anticipation among the movie buffs. The film co-starring Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Sunil Grover and Jackie Shroff will release on Eid this year.
