Hindustan Surkhiyan Desk:cting immediately after the results of Kairana Lok Sabha by-poll in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government transferred 18 IPS officers including the SP of Unnao who was accused of protecting BJP MP Kuldeep Sengar.
Unnao SP Pushpanjali Devi has been made railway SP in Gorakhpur. Pushpanjali Devi was alleged of saving the Unnao rape case accused MLA. It is also alleged that she also saved Sengar’s brother in a case related to the murder of victim’s father.
The government did not take any action on her despite serious allegations. Pushpanjali’s husband Shalabh Mathur is currently posted in Gorakhpur as SSP.
As many as 18 IPS officers have been transferred immediately after Kairana verdict in which BJP’s candidate Mriganaka Singh was thwarted by RLD’s candidate Tabassum Hasan by a huge margin.
