Among those found hanging, many bodies were blindfolded. As per initial reports, the dead include seven women and four men. The number of children found hanging is five.

Latest updates:

    • After inspection, police who were earlier suspecting a case of collective suicide, found that the feet of the hanging bodies were almost touching the ground leading to speculation that the bodies could have been hanged after killing the people, to give the crime an appearance of suicide. Police continues to probe the incident thoroughly  before reaching a conclusion.
