A flight of US-Bangla Airlines heading to Guangzhou of China on Saturday has been suspended by the Civil Aviation Administration of China after five passengers of a flight from Bangladesh to Guangzhou in China tested positive for COVID-19.
US-Bangla Airlines public relations officer Kamrul Islam told New Age that US-Bangla Airlines flights to Guangzhou had been cancelled from July 6 to July 12.
He added that during the period, one flight was supposed to take off on Saturday which had been rescheduled for July 18.
Kamrul said that US-Bangla Airlines had officially received the order from the Chinese civil aviation administration on Friday after five passengers tested positive for coronavirus infection on the flight.❑
