Zahan Ara Dolon: Today is the first founding anniversary of broadcasting of Bangla channel. This US based Bengali television channel has already gained a colossal admiration among the Bangladeshis of America.
The President of Bangla Channel Mr. Shah J Chowdhury, said in a telephone conversation from New York that, there were numerous plans for this first founding anniversary. But, due to the pandemic of Covid19, Bangla Channel is not going to celebrate it as a prominent event.
However, President Mr. Shah J Chowdhury and Bangladesh Executive of Bangla Channel Mr. Iqbal Bahar confirmed that the Bangladesh office of Bangla Channel will hold an event with its officials and employees on Friday, July 17.
