Hindustan Surkhiyan Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Haisna has advised her party’s parliament colleagues to refrain from using power to reap personal gain or make wealth.
She also advised her colleagues to stand beside the general public at the first session of Awami League Parliamentary Party this afternoon.
This was cited by several lawmakers who attended the meeting at JatiyaSangsad Bhaban from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, after the oath-taking.
Sheikh Hasina was unanimously elected chief of the Awami League Parliamentary Party during the maiden session after December 30 election.
The meeting also passed a resolution during its session.
