Days ahead of her graft case verdict, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has started for the shrine of Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) and Hazrat Shah Paran (RA) to offer prayers.
The tour is also part of her political campaign, according to party sources.
She left her Gulshan residence around 9:00am this morning, according an official of Khaleda’s press wing.
Earlier, Prime Miinster Sheikh Hasina also started her political campaign and sought vote for ‘boat’ after offering prayer at the shrine of Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) on January 30.
A local court will be delivering verdict against Khaleda on February 8, in Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.
