In the golden jubilee of Bangladesh independence, greetings and congratulations have been praised by a number of US representatives.
In the New York Bangladesh Consulate General, organized on 26th March 2021 US Congressman Grace Meng, New York State Senator John Liu and Queens Boro President Danovan Richard through the leadership of video message, praised Bangladeshi development under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. They also gave sincere greetings and congratulations to all Bangladeshi people living in New York.
At the same time, on the occasion of Mujib year, they respected the Father of the greatest Bengali nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman of all time.
In his speech, US Congressman Grace Meng selected from Queens of New York, mentioned that Bangladesh would work to strengthen the friendly relations of the United States in his speech and reiterating his commitment to protect the interests of Bangladeshi-Americans in New York, that he is a real friend of Bangladesh.
In the video message sent from New York state Albani, State Senator Mujibur Rahman remembered the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman deep respected. Senator John Lubra, recalled the visit of the Father of the Nation for two years before the Senator John Liu 1975, mentioned the brutal killing of all the martyrs including Bangabandhu on August 15, as a barbaric chapter of history.
He greeted all Bangladeshis on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of independence, he praised Bangladeshi-Americans living in New York.❐
